Jozef Alusik

Jozef Alusik is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in internal controls and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as Financial Controller and Company Director at Vertiv since December 2016, Jozef has contributed as a BoD member and managed compliance initiatives in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles at Emerson from August 2010 to November 2016, focusing on SOX404, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and US GAAP as the Internal Controls and Compliance Manager. Jozef began a career in auditing with KPMG Slovakia from 2006 to 2010 and held a position as a Credit Analyst at Mercedes-Benz Slovakia in 2005-2006, where responsibilities included managing accounts receivable and collection activities. Jozef holds an ACCA qualification and a degree in Production Management and Logistics from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
