Loo Kai Rong is an experienced application engineer currently working at Vertiv since January 2025. Prior to this role, Loo served as a senior product development engineer at Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd from July 2017 to December 2024, where Loo led a project team to redevelop rooftop commercial air conditioning products for the UAE market and was a founding member of a department focused on product development and maintenance. Loo began professional experience as an HVAC structural design engineer, addressing structural and quality issues related to existing products, and also completed a process engineering internship at Intel Corporation in early 2016. Loo holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, obtained in 2017.
