Senior Program Manager - EMEA Team Lead at Vertiv

Matteo Scarpa's work experience includes serving as a Senior Program Manager and EMEA Team Lead at Vertiv since March 2020. In this role, they introduced the New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) process for thermal management products in the EMEA region organization. Matteo also coordinated the PMO team and reported to local and headquarters executives.

Additionally, they coordinated R&D activities at the Saipem Venice site.

Scarpa's earlier work experience includes serving in the Italian Army as a member of the Italian Army from November 1996 to October 1997. Matteo also had a role at CSELT from October 1995 to November 1996, where they worked as a Stage for thesis degree, specifically focusing on communication networks simulation.

Matteo Scarpa obtained their Laurea degree in Ingegneria informatica from Università degli Studi di Padova, where they studied from 1990 to 1996. In addition, they have obtained certification in Measuring Business Performance and Be the Manager People Won't Leave from LinkedIn, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
