Matthew Wolfe has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in corporate law and intellectual property. Matthew began their career as a Legal Extern at Emerson Network Power in 2009 before transitioning to roles as Intellectual Property and Corporate Counsel, and later Associate General Counsel. In 2017, Wolfe joined Vertiv as Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing global corporate legal matters. Matthew was then promoted to the role of Vice President and General Counsel for the Americas and Global IP. Throughout their career, Wolfe has demonstrated a strong understanding of legal compliance and has played a key role in overseeing legal operations for multinational companies.

Matthew Wolfe attended Marshall University from 2001 to 2005, where they graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. From 2006 to 2009, they pursued a JD degree at Capital University Law School, specializing in General and Intellectual Property.
