Michael Hall

Michael Hall currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Development at Vertiv, a leader in critical infrastructure solutions for data centers, since November 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Sr Director of Professional Education at Momentis Surgical™ from July 2020 to September 2023, focusing on Standard Operating Procedures and employee training. Prior roles include Director of Training at OsteoMed, where responsibilities included developing world-class training programs, and a training role at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Michael also served as Director of Sales and Customer Training at Intuitive Surgical from January 2014 to June 2017, and held positions in training management within the Asia Pacific region. Education includes an Executive Fellowship at the Hoover Institute on War and Peace at Stanford University and a Master’s degree in National Security Affairs from Stanford University.
