Mike Lim

Mike Lim is currently the Associate Director of Supply Chain and Process Improvement at Vertiv Manila, where they oversee supply chain processes and end-to-end productivity. With 14 years of experience in supply chain planning and logistics, Mike has successfully implemented collaborative projects involving major subcontractors across Asia, the United States, and Europe. They previously held various roles in operations planning and logistics at AMI Semiconductor and ON Semiconductor, demonstrating a strong focus on optimizing business processes and vendor management. Mike holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, an MS in Industrial Engineering, and a postgraduate diploma in Supply Chain Management from De La Salle University and the University of the Philippines, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
