Paul Masinde

Paul Masinde is an experienced IT Service Delivery and Program Management professional, currently serving as a BRM Portfolio Manager at Vertiv, where they lead a team on applications used by Compliance and EHS functions. Previously, they held various roles at Safaricom PLC, including Program Manager and Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects such as the development of a fintech app and the acquisition of the M-PESA brand. Paul has also worked as a Special Projects Manager at M-PESA Africa, focusing on strategic business transformation. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University, they are committed to leveraging technology for continuous business process improvement and building meaningful working relationships.
