Remco Sloothaak

Remco Sloothaak is currently the Vice President for Switchgear and Busbar EMEA at Vertiv, having assumed the role in 2025. Prior to this position, Remco held various roles in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry, including Sales Manager and Head of Center of Competence at Siemens, where they achieved significant sales growth and developed international accounts in the Data Center sector. Remco's early career included positions as an Account Manager and Project Manager at Moeller Electric and Klockner Moeller, respectively. They hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from RSM Erasmus University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Hogeschool Gelderland.
