Samir Sahoo

Samir Sahoo is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence within various industries. Currently serving as Deputy Manager of VOS & CI at Vertiv since January 2017, Samir has previously held roles such as Assistant Manager of Continuous Improvement at Vertiv and Assistant Manager of Lean at Emerson Network Power. Notable achievements include creating significant space and financial gains through 5S activities, leading lean flow projects to drastically reduce lead times, and implementing successful cost-saving initiatives in previous positions at Raymond Limited and Classic Stripes Private Limited. Samir holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College.
