Shane Hershiser

Shane Hershiser is the Director of Materials and Manufacturing Planning within the AC Power line of business, where they lead production and sourcing strategies focused on scalability and operational excellence. Shane previously held various supply chain roles, including Manager of Process Improvement at Vertiv and Supply Chain Leadership Development Associate at Parker Hannifin. They began their career with internships in supply chain and logistics while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Throughout their experience, Shane has consistently driven operational efficiency and cost savings across multiple organizations.
