Steven Ricca

Steven Ricca received their education in electrical engineering from 1981 to 1986, starting at The Ohio State University before transferring to Ohio University. Steven completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1986 at Ohio University. Steven then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ohio University between 1986 and 1988.
