Tim Reis

Tim Reis is a Global Quality, Safety, and Operations Leader with over 30 years of manufacturing experience, including roles in union and international operations. They have held significant positions such as Global Director of Quality at Kohler Co., where they developed comprehensive QA and QC processes and led initiatives that dramatically improved warranty performance and supplier quality. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality at Vertiv, Tim continues to drive QA/QC process improvements in North American operations. They possess degrees in Chemistry and Environmental Sciences from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as a background in Psychology and Political Science from the University of London.
