Tom Dugan

Tom Dugan, PMP, is a certified Project Management Professional with a strong background in executing multi-million-dollar projects and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. They currently serve as a Senior Program Manager for New Product Development at Vertiv, where they manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize project timelines and resources. Previously, Tom held various roles including Project Manager at ATS Automation and Director of Service Operations at Shoemaker Industrial Solutions. With extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and custom automation, Tom has consistently delivered successful projects on time and within budget. They are pursuing an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Columbus State Community College.
