Tom Parker is a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Vertiv, specializing in strategic accounts and delivering innovative data centre solutions since 2025. With a decade of experience in the industry, Tom previously held various roles at Iceotope, including Programmes Director and Operations Programmes Manager, where they contributed to sales enablement and operational excellence. They were recognized by Data Centre Magazine as one of the top 10 emerging talents in data centre liquid cooling solutions and possess deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies. Tom holds a First Class Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Computing from Sheffield Hallam University, where they also served as a Student Ambassador and Computing in Schools Mentor.
