Tom van Son

Tom van Son is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and service operations management within the data center infrastructure and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Head of Service Operations at Vertiv Benelux, Tom manages customer relations and oversees the operational aspects of engineering teams responsible for the installation and maintenance of critical power and thermal systems. Previously, Tom held leadership roles at Vertiv, including Head of Projects and Senior Project Manager, and co-ownership at SunCastle, where software solutions for mobile network operators were developed. With extensive project management experience across various companies including Emerson Network Power and Ericsson, Tom has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects for major telecommunications clients. Tom holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and is pursuing an Executive MBA from Erasmus University.
