Troy Lammers

Troy Lammers is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global Director of Human Resources at Vertiv since November 2019, Troy oversees HR strategies for the Engineering and R&D organization, supporting approximately 4,000 employees across 30 countries and managing around $7 billion in annual revenue. Previous roles at Vertiv included senior HR leadership positions for manufacturing, operations, and supply chain, where Troy was instrumental in M&A HR integrations and the management of large employee populations. Prior to Vertiv, Troy held various HR positions at IronRoad and served at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Troy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
