Vertrees A&E was formed as a consulting firm specializing in architectural and engineering services for the commercial and industrial clients as well as Design Build General Contractors. An office in Brea, CA was established in 2000 to service clients in Southern California and the Western United States. The 
founder of the firm, Joe Vertrees, is a professional engineer and licensed architect with thirty-seven years of progressive and responsible experience in the design and construction industry.  
 
The firm specializes in providing quality A&E services using the latest design and engineering analysis practices including three-dimensional modeling, and visualization systems and state of the art CAD, Building Information Management (BIM) and structural analysis and design software. VAE has cultivated a team of quality engineering professionals from various disciplines that contribute to the success of all projects.
