Anna McCoy

Anna McCoy is currently the Director at VertueLab. Prior to that, they were an attorney at Alleman Hall McCoy Russell & Tuttle LLP from January 2005 to March 2017. During their time there, they represented clients in all aspects of patent and trademark matters, including licensing and managing patent and trademark portfolios, patentability studies, trademark use and registration studies, patent non-infringement and invalidity studies, and preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

McCoy has also drafted and prosecuted patents in a broad range of technical fields, including computer software, business methods and Internet methods, medical devices, image display devices, games, printing devices, electronic devices and communication devices.

Anna McCoy has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from Reed College.
