Heather Andersen

Heather Andersen has been a Managing Director at Accenture since September 1995. In their current role, they are responsible for a $100 million P&L across multiple business functions of a global technology company. This includes developing and executing strategies, programs, and operations.

Some of their selected highlights include being the Sales, Support, Services, and Corporate Affairs Account Lead from 2017 to present, the Quality Assurance Director for Global NGO from 2011 to 2013, and the Customer Experience Strategy, CRM, Business Intelligence Lead from 2002 to 2006. Heather has also been the Seattle Office Inclusion & Diversity Lead from 2015 to 2018 and is currently the International Women’s Day Lead. In addition, they have served on the Microsoft Supplier Advisory Board from 2015 to 2017 and was awarded the People Developer Award in 2016.

Heather Andersen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Heather also has a Level 2 Certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a Certification in Etiquette Training from the International Etiquette Trainer Society.
