Zach Plener

Zach Plener, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Vertus Group, a division of Jonas, Constellation Software. They have previously held the same title at Jonas Software and have accumulated extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in various roles, including Associate and Manager. Zach has also worked as a Senior Associate in Corporate Tax and Assurance at PwC. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. Zach completed their secondary education at Westmount Collegiate Institute.
