Helen Marchant

Helen Marchant (née Sylvester) is an Associate Director of Operations & Administration at Vertus, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Helen was a Senior Customer Service Manager and then the Head of Customer Service at Joseph Homes from 2021 to 2022. They also worked at Berkeley Homes Ltd from 2013 to 2018, starting as a Customer Service Graduate and eventually becoming an Estate Manager. Early in their career, Helen served as a Sales Consultant at Your Move in 2012 and 2013. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the West of England in 2012, following an education at Coloma Convent Girls School from 2002 to 2009.
