Jake Lowe has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as a Power Equipment Repair Technician at Del Pueblo Power Equipment Inc. In 2009, they transitioned to a Customer Service and Sales Representative role at Jackalope International. In 2011, they worked as a Temporary Assistant at Mountain States Constructors and later as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at High Country Gardens. From 2013 to 2015, Jake worked at the University of New Mexico, where they were involved in various roles including a Suspension & Steering Team Engineer at UNM LOBOmotorsports and a Research Assistant/Intern for NSF STEP. In 2016, they joined Stage Services Inc as a part of the Electric Team, focusing on load in/out duties for stage shows. Additionally, in 2016, Jake became a Mechanical Design Engineer at Verus™ Research, formerly XL Scientific®.

Jake Lowe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico School of Engineering, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Central New Mexico Community College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an AAS Integrated Studies degree in General field of study. In addition, they obtained a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo in February 2016.
