Melissa Jackson

Melissa Jackson is currently the Vice President of Client Solutions at VerusRx, a position held since November 2022, where key responsibilities include overseeing Data Ops, Compliance & Regulatory, Implementation, and Project Management within the organization. Prior to this role, Melissa spent a decade at ProAct - PBM, advancing from Client Service Specialist to Director of Client Success, while also holding positions as Senior Manager of Product Development and Manager of Implementation Services. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, earned between 2011 and 2015.
