Rachel Armont

Rachel Armont serves as the Director of Human Resources at multiple organizations, including National Healthcare Solutions, Inc., Assured Benefits, VerusRx, Dallas Risk Management, Frates Benefit Administrators, Independent Medical Systems, and AdvoPath Health. Since September 2015, Rachel has played a pivotal role in providing strategic HR leadership and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across these companies. Rachel's experience also includes overseeing HR functions during the merger that rebranded National Healthcare Solutions as Epic Health Solutions and has had a concurrent role there from February 2022 to February 2023. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Gies College of Business, Rachel holds a BBA in Business Management/Human Resources from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
