Pedro Gonzalez has extensive experience in system engineering and technical support, currently serving as System Engineer Supervisor at Verve Cloud since November 2022. Prior roles include System Engineer Supervisor and various engineering positions at NextLevel Internet from September 2015 to March 2023. Pedro's expertise encompasses Tier 3 support, network monitoring, cloud services, and telecommunications, with a solid foundation from a Telecommunications System Technician role in the United States Marine Corps from March 2006 to November 2013.
