Nicholas Cheng

Nicholas Cheng is an IT systems administrator at Verve, with previous experience as an IT support analyst at IAC, where responsibilities included hardware and software troubleshooting, utilizing PowerShell scripting, and providing high-level support to C-Suite executives. Prior to IAC, Nicholas worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and held various roles at Apple, including Mac Genius and Technical Expert, focusing on diagnostics and customer service. Nicholas began a career trajectory in technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Baruch College, following earlier studies at City Tech, CUNY. Nicholas also has experience in retail and education, demonstrating a diverse skill set and customer-oriented approach.
