Cindy Blackman

Cindy Blackman, SPHR, is currently the Sr. Manager of Total Rewards at Vervent, where they continue to leverage over 25 years of HR experience in managing HRIS systems, benefits, and payroll. Previously, Cindy held roles such as HRIS/Benefits/Payroll Manager at the City of Boise and HR Director at both the City of McCall and Hayden Beverage Company. They have also contributed their expertise as a Human Resource Professional at Compliance Resource Group, aiding businesses in compliance and employee engagement. Cindy's educational journey is ongoing at Boise State University, where they are pursuing a degree in addiction counseling.
