Rene McNulty

Rene McNulty is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Vervent, where they oversee regulatory, licensing, and privacy functions while advising executive leadership on legal compliance and risk mitigation strategies. Previously, Rene served as Regulatory & Compliance Counsel at Snap Finance and as an Associate Attorney at Troutman Pepper and Ballard Spahr LLP, providing guidance on consumer financial services laws. Rene is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Bellevue University, a Doctor of Law with high honors at The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, and a Master of Science at Regis University.
