Webert Lima

Webert Lima has extensive work experience spanning over 13 years in the field of IT. Webert began their career as a Tech Support Analyst at AeC in 2008 and later worked as a Tech Support Intern at both Faculdade Pitagoras and MAV Tecnologia from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they worked as a Software Engineer and later as a Team Lead/Coordinator at MAV Tecnologia from 2014 to 2018, responsible for designing and maintaining infrastructure, databases, and storage systems. Webert then went on to work as a DevOps Engineer at Aroundhome in 2018 and as an Expert DevOps Engineer and Team Lead at MBition GmbH from 2020-2023, where they were responsible for technical decisions and guided and grew their team's knowledge and skills. Currently, they are employed as a Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Ververica, where they utilize their previous experience and leadership skills.

Webert Lima completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from PUC Minas from 2008 to 2015. In 2013 and 2014, they attended EFREI - Grande école du numérique to study Information Technology. Webert also obtained certification in Search Engine Optimization and Content Marketing from Rock Content in April and March of 2017, respectively.
