Omer Molad has a long and varied work experience. Omer began their career in 1995 as a Lieutenant and Tank Platoon Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. In 2005, they became a Relationship Manager for the Natural Resources Group at ANZ. In 2007, they moved to Orion Corporate Advisory Services as a Manager. In 2008, they joined the Australian Red Cross as an International Emergencies Program Coordinator. From 2010 to 2017, they held various roles at National Australia Bank, including Head of Balance Sheet Solutions, Client Solutions & Advisory, and Director of Natural Resources, Institutional Banking. In 2014, they were Co-Executive Producer of the feature film "This Is Happening" and a Mentor at Startup Grind. In 2016, they co-founded and became CEO of Vervoe, a company that helps employers make hiring decisions based on how well candidates can do the job. Finally, in 2017, they became a Mentor at Inspiring Rare Birds.
Omer Molad attended the University of Melbourne from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Honors). Omer returned to the University of Melbourne from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Laws by Coursework and Minor Thesis.
