We provide Senior Backend Engineering Leadership for deep-tech teams building high-reliability systems in regulated and AI-heavy environments (Nuclear, Healthcare, Energy, Compliance platforms, and similar verticals).
Our Core Services:

- Backend Architecture Reviews & Roadmaps
Focused 1–2 week engagements to audit your current backend, data pipelines, dataset versioning, and retrieval systems — with clear recommendations to improve scalability, reduce hallucinations, ensure compliance, and support multi-industry expansion.
- Pilot Implementations & Refactors
Fixed-scope projects (2–8 weeks) to build or strengthen critical backend components — reliable data orchestration, integration layers, and production-grade architecture for agentic/AI systems.
- Monthly Senior Backend Leadership Retainer
Ongoing strategic oversight (10–20 hours/month) from a 10+ year engineering lead — including architecture guidance, code reviews, scaling advice, and hands-on support as your team grows across verticals. Ideal for CTOs who need senior expertise without full-time hires.

Our approach is lean and high-impact: you get battle-tested senior leadership combined with reliable delivery, without the overhead of a large traditional agency.
