Sanjay Mullick

Sanjay Mullick is the General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Veryon, where they provide expert advice on export controls and economic sanctions risk assessments related to investments and mergers. Previously, as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, they focused on designing compliance programs and conducting internal investigations. With extensive experience spanning roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, Sanjay has also been involved in international arbitration and trade remedy proceedings. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Georgetown University while holding a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from the same institution.
