Steve Rybka

Steve Rybka has over 25 years of experience in the medical technology industry. Steve began their career in 1992 as an Area Sales Representative for Johnson & Johnson. In 1996, they joined Interpore Cross International as a Marketing Manager and Corporate Business Liaison, Europe. From 2001 to 2002, they were the Director of Marketing at Alphatec Spine. In 2002, they became the Executive Vice President of SeaSpine Inc. where they managed global sales plans, growth and expansion goals and key customer relations until the company was acquired by Integra LifeSciences in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Vice President at Integra LifeSciences and was responsible for directing the execution of revenue plans and initiatives for the merged spine division. Steve then joined Xenco Medical as the Vice President in 2015. In 2016, they joined NeuraLace Medical, Inc. as an Advisory Board member. Steve currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vesalio, a medical technology innovator focused on advancements in treating stroke and vascular occlusion.

Steve Rybka holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma, where they double majored in Economics and Public Affairs/Administration.
