Evan Chlebisch has a wealth of experience in various managerial roles within manufacturing and industrial settings. With a background in Chemical Engineering, Evan has worked as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Vescom America Inc. and Vescom Textiles Inc. Throughout their career, Evan has successfully implemented Lean manufacturing initiatives, achieved ISO certification, and managed large teams of employees. Evan's expertise in change management and project management has been demonstrated through their roles at companies such as Ranpak, Armacell LLC, Freudenberg Performance Materials, SWM International, and HydroChem Industrial Services, Inc.
