Vesper Post brings 15 years of experience working alongside venture capital firms, the founders and companies they support, and the broader technology ecosystem producing gatherings around the world. We understand how this ecosystem functions and the role gatherings play within it.

We draw on experience across brand positioning, content, and experience design—not just event planning—bringing a more structured and intentional approach to how gatherings are shaped.

We design the structure, format, and environment to support specific outcomes, considering how time is used, how people engage, and how the setting shapes every interaction.

We also work with our clients more broadly, helping define how gatherings fit into their annual cadence and how each one contributes to relationships, community, culture, and long-term positioning.
