Karel Bos has an extensive work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Junior Account Manager and Sales Management Intern at Drukbedrijf.nl, where they focused on sales targets, expanding the customer base, and developing new product concepts. In 2016, they joined ING Nederland as a Communications Officer for a brief period before returning to Drukbedrijf.nl as a Sales Manager, responsible for identifying and acquiring new leads and improving existing relationships.

In 2017, Karel took a sabbatical and embarked on a world trip. Upon their return, they joined Tergos as a Sales Executive, focusing on mapping out the Cloud & DevOps market and creating opportunities for specialists in the network through consultative selling. In 2018, they became a Co-Owner of Ten Hacken Online.

In 2019, Karel went on another sabbatical before joining Vesper in 2020 as an Account Executive. Karel was later promoted to Senior Account Executive and then to Sales Team Manager, where they worked closely with C-level executives to define the sales strategy and improve sales operations. Additionally, they built and managed a sales team with 20 FTE.

In 2022, Karel was appointed as the Head of Sales - Dairy at Vesper, overseeing the sales team's performance and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Throughout their career, Karel has demonstrated strong sales and business development skills, a proactive approach to finding opportunities, and the ability to manage and lead teams.

Karel Bos obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Small Business en Retail Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Karel attended this university from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, in 2014 and 2015, Karel pursued a minor in Sales & Account Management at Avans University of Applied Sciences. In February 2023, they completed the certification program "Managing for Impact (SaaS Sales)" from Winning by Design.
