Wouter Lankhorst has worked as the COO at Vesper since August 2021. Prior to that, they were at McKinsey & Company from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles, including Project Manager and Consultant. In these roles, they led project teams in the energy, retail, and consumer sectors, specializing in corporate strategy and finance, M&A, and people and performance strategy. In addition to working with large enterprises, they also worked with SME clients and PE funds focused on energy and heavy industry. Before that, they worked as a Fellow at McKinsey & Company from 2013 to 2014.
Wouter Lankhorst's education history includes multiple degrees and diplomas obtained from various institutions. Wouter started their educational journey at Varendonck College, where they completed their VWO degree in Nature & Technology from 1999 to 2005.
Wouter then attended Tilburg University, where they pursued multiple Bachelor degrees. From 2005 to 2008, they studied Bedrijfseconomie (Business Economics). Wouter then focused on Fiscaal Recht (Fiscal Law) and completed their Bachelor's degree in 2010. During this period, from 2010 to 2011, they also studied International & European Law with a specialization in European Competition Law & Regulation at the Universiteit van Amsterdam. In 2012, they pursued their interest in Political Theory through a Postgraduate course at Monash University.
In 2015, they attended INSEAD, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. The field of study for this degree is not specified.
