Vessel Energy Systems Ltd. , is an early-stage Canadian company that has developed proprietary technology for the storage of hydrogen and other gases.  The company is solving one of the potential bottlenecks in the adoption of hydrogen technology by producing a novel system using micro-channels embedded within an insulated vessel.  The Vessel Energy technology will provide significant  improvements in the weight and ease of integration  of hydrogen storage tanks compared to the predominant Type III and Type IV Carbon-fiber vessels.  Vessel's hydrogen tank does  need not to be manufactured in a cylindrical shape but can be designed  to the customer's application.
