Chris Hoffman is currently the Head of Customer Loyalty at Vessel. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Care at Helix from September 2016 to August 2019. Chris has extensive experience in customer service and has been instrumental in establishing a highly empowered team structure that has resulted in industry leading customer satisfaction rates and 100% employee retention. Chris has also directed the implementation of 40+ partner customer service groups and spearheaded multi-department collaboration to establish regulatory and customer contact reporting triggers. Under Chris's leadership, the Salesforce CRM was developed and implemented, leading to a 40% increase in agent efficiency. Chris has also established key KPI metrics that have driven tactical departmental efficiencies and corporate level strategy. Finally, Chris has implemented digital self-service strategies (FAQ, chat, e-mail) that have reduced ticket volume by 30%.
Chris Hoffman has a BS in Biochemistry from the University of the Pacific and an MS in Molecular Biology from the same school. Chris also has a certification from the American Management Association in Leading with Emotional Intelligence.
