Constantine Komodromos has a diverse and extensive background in finance and management, beginning with a role as Auditor at Geneva Group International Inc. and progressing through various positions including Financial Accountant at Saipem and Financial Accountant at Fortis Management Ltd. Constantine has also served as Director of Sententia Nostra Ltd., overseeing the establishment of a retail company. In subsequent roles, Constantine has held significant positions such as Senior Consultant at PwC, where leadership in consultancy engagements for major listed organizations was demonstrated. The experience includes Finance Manager at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting and budget production. Following this, Constantine served as Financial Controller at Millward Brown, ensuring the effective operation of the Finance Department. Since founding VesselBot in June 2015, Constantine has led the company while also engaging as a Financial Specialist in contract roles that involved financial due diligence and feasibility studies.

VesselBot’s main objective is to providethe global maritime industry with a new technological tool that shall optimize and automate a number of their Chartering operations and shall provide them with a database of information that will enable them to overcome the obstacle of market data fragmentation; thus achieving optimized decision making for their operations either for Chartering their vessels or dispatching their cargoes.
