Ben Carter

Ben Carter is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both software development and marketing communications. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at VesselsValue since September 2019, Ben has progressed through several roles including Lead Software Developer and Senior Software Developer. Prior to VesselsValue, Ben held the position of Creative Director at The Creative Kind from February 2013 to February 2024 and served as Project Manager at Total People from July 2013 to September 2019. Earlier experiences include roles in marketing management at Scientiam and Total People where responsibilities included developing comprehensive marketing strategies and managing digital communication. Ben initiated a web development business during time at Lixx Media, showcasing a strong foundation in web technologies. Ben holds an LLB in Law from the University of Staffordshire, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
