Hi, I’m Vessy Tasheva, a Trinity College Dublin graduate with MSc. Full Member of Bulgarian Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy & Clinical Affiliate Member of Irish Forum of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

After 11 years in Ireland, I now live in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In Sofia, I offer in-person psychotherapy in English (for expats in Bulgaria) and in Bulgarian.

I help individuals untangle fears, anxieties, and limiting beliefs—often rooted in early experiences—to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
