Steven Bede has extensive experience in project management and development coordination. From June 2021 to May 2023, Steven served as Project Manager and Lead Instructor at Air Rec Center Indoor Bike Park. Currently, since May 2023, Steven works as a Development Coordinator at Vesta Properties Ltd., focusing on creating and managing high-level pro formas for land assembly, coordinating subdivision approvals, and overseeing project budgets and schedules. Steven is currently pursuing a Diploma in Urban Land Economics at the UBC Sauder School of Business (2025-2027) and has completed a program in Real Estate Trading Services at the same institution (2022-2024).
