Patrick Pounds

Patrick Pounds is an accomplished finance professional with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as M&A Senior - Origination at Constellation Software Inc. since May 2022, Patrick has also held the position of Investment Manager at Evelyn Partners from August 2020 to May 2022. Prior to these roles, Patrick gained experience as a Tax Associate at Crowe UK in the summer of 2019. Educationally, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, awarded by the University of Birmingham, and furthered studies at The University of Hong Kong in 2019.
