Rick Hearn is currently the Vice President of Leasing at Vestar, where Rick oversees the leasing and brokerage functions for a regional retail development company. Prior to joining Vestar, Rick worked as the Director of Leasing at Daum Commercial Real Estate. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from Arizona State University and another Bachelor of Science degree in Managing Human and Fiscal Resources from the University of Phoenix.
