Allan Ko

Allan Ko is a global HR and shared services executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in multinational environments. Currently serving as SVP of Global People Services and Shared Services Strategy at Vestas, Allan oversees HR operations, payroll, and facilities management while driving the company's shared services strategy. Previously, Allan held significant executive roles at Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, IBM, and Allegis, focusing on enterprise transformation and people experience. In addition to corporate leadership, Allan has been an educator and mentor, teaching courses in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management at Ateneo de Manila University. Allan is presently pursuing an MBA at IE Business School and an Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.
