Daniel Amaral

Daniel Amaral is a professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management, notably at Vestas, where they served as Project Manager and later as Director - Program Manager in Loads & Control. Prior to this role, they worked as a Structural Engineer at YHW, Lda and as a Civil Engineer for Ferrovial Agroman UK, contributing to significant projects like Heathrow Terminal 2 A and the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm. They also held the position of Design Engineer at DEME Group, focusing on the Galloper Offshore Wind Farm. Daniel is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and is a PhD candidate in Transportation Systems at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
