Jay Carleton

Jay Carleton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and performance management, currently serving as Senior Finance Director for Business Performance in Latin America at Vestas since July 2014. In this role, Jay has been instrumental in analyzing global project performance, advising on budget versus forecast, and driving best practices within the finance controlling community. Prior to Vestas, Jay held significant positions, including House Division Controller at Laika, where responsibilities included managing accounting and finance for commercial production and shaping the annual budget and forecasts. Jay’s career began at Deloitte as an Audit Senior, offering client service and overseeing audit operations with teams of various sizes. Jay holds a BBA in Accounting and Spanish from the University of Portland.
