John Brown

John Brown has been in the technical support field for over 15 years, providing troubleshooting assistance and guidance to field personnel. With experience in both the corporate sector at Vestas and in the military at the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics Technician, John has developed a strong skill set in turbine maintenance, repair, and electronic systems troubleshooting. As a Lead Service Technician, John has excelled in roles such as serving as a technical resource/mentor, coordinating site work-load, and ensuring compliance with company policies. John also has experience in customer service and preventative maintenance in automotive systems. John is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Arizona State University.
