Lars Odby is the Director of Sustainability Turbines R&D at Vestas Wind Systems A/S, where they have been since 2013. Previously, Lars held various engineering and managerial roles at Vestas and other companies, including HSE Engineer and Specialist positions at Vestas Wind Systems A/S from 2009 to 2012 and HSE manager at Vestas Technology R&D from 2007 to 2009. Lars gained early experience as a Manager of Production at JAI-O and as an HSE Engineer at BST Midtjylland. Lars earned a postgraduate diploma in business economics from Aarhus University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the Engineering College of Aarhus.
